What you will do

• Design and build backend systems and data pipelines that ingest and process social data from Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop resilient third-party API integrations and optimize infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Build AI-powered product experiences such as conversation inboxes, suggested replies, and actionable conversation summaries.
• Improve frontend architecture, shared components, design systems, application performance, and reliability.
• Define architecture and operational practices, including monitoring, incident response, and on-call processes.
• Review technical designs and code, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards across the team.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating production systems across backend, frontend, or full-stack engineering.
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
• Experience building reliable data pipelines on external APIs or complex, data-rich React applications.
• Strong product intuition and user empathy when designing and delivering features.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering culture and development practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup with high ownership and end-to-end responsibility.

• Experience with high-scale data pipelines or real-time data processing systems.
• Experience building AI-powered interfaces or LLM-integrated product features.
