Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the clinic as its head.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Maintain patient-centered care throughout the recovery journey.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide care leadership, team building, and operational management.

Requirements

• On-site availability in Staunton, Virginia, USA
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and recovery services.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus on-call coverage.
• Experience or capability in staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and clinic operations.
