Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for urban mobility-as-a-service.

What you will do

• Lead the cross-functional strategy to scale driverless robotaxi and autonomous test fleets across new cities and states.
• Drive the roadmap for cloud systems orchestrating rider trip requests, charging, and vehicle positioning.
• Improve orchestration for the test fleet to maximize the efficiency of on-road data accumulation.
• Define and track KPIs to measure orchestration performance and drive data-backed decision making.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to design orchestration capabilities and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of TPM experience with large-scale cloud software systems such as dispatch, marketplace, or fleet management platforms.
• Highly technical mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving in new domains.
• Metrics-first approach to leadership, including KPI definition and instrumentation.
• Ability to translate complex technical bottlenecks into clear narratives for executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or real-time dispatch systems.
• Familiarity with routing, matching, resource allocation, or demand forecasting.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle platforms or large-scale robotics fleets.
