What you will do

• Own account and value management for a portfolio of up to 15 biopharma accounts.
• Align products and services with customer strategic objectives to maximize value and accelerate business impact.
• Lead advanced program management to prioritize execution and resolve complex edge cases effectively.
• Drive higher product adoption and customer satisfaction to increase overall lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product and sales strategies.
• Help establish and maintain a company-wide culture of customer-centricity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles.
• Must reside within commutable distance to the Boston, MA office.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value customer accounts and build trust-based relationships.
• Experience applying RWD and RWE within the pharmaceutical and life sciences space.
• Deep understanding of drug development and/or clinical trials.
• Experience working with RWD health analytic companies, CROs, or systems integrators.
