What you will do

• Manage the deployment of humanoid robots at customer sites.
• Oversee daily onsite production operations and the night shift workload.
• Lead the hiring, development, and management of the onsite team.
• Handle onsite humanoid fleet service and maintenance.
• Provide critical engineering feedback and input for new product and feature development through onsite testing.

Requirements

• Must be located in or be able to work in Fontana or Riverside, CA.
• 5+ years of experience deploying hardware in industrial settings, technical consulting, or technical program management.
• Experience managing several employees.
• Proven success in customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and execution capabilities in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
