What you will do

• Own end-to-end business and operational delivery for high-impact egocentric data collection programs.
• Translate customer machine learning requirements into structured physical data collection specifications for VLM and VLA model development.
• Build PMO frameworks, project timelines, milestone tracking, critical-path infrastructure, and risk mitigation processes.
• Coordinate executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market.
• Lead and hirify.global matrixed Operations Program Manager and Associate teams, including global collector operations and operational KPI design.
• Deploy troubleshooting protocols, analytics dashboards, and reporting systems for smart glasses, sensors, and rig-based collection infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex project or program lifecycles, PMO frameworks, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, computer vision pipelines, or hardware-in-the-loop environments.
• Strong analytical, first-principles problem-solving, and operational execution skills in ambiguous physical-world environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building systems from 0 to 1 and executing at high velocity.
• Readiness for 10–20% international travel to audit, launch, and optimize collection infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with spatial computing, egocentric vision, sensor fusion, or AI data curation.
• Experience managing distributed global operations across multiple time zones.
• Background in high-growth startups or elite technology consulting.
• SQL and data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau or Looker.
