What you will do

• Lead and support client implementations using hirify.global’s predefined methodology.
• Configure the application, coordinate testing, train clients, and maintain implementation documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between hirify.global and clients across assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, implementation consultants, technical consultants, and internal departments.
• Help manage project plans, identify delayed milestones, and support corrective interventions.
• Maintain daily timesheets and project bookings while meeting an average annual chargeable utilization target of 70%.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in the relevant subject matter area.
• Understanding of EHSQ suites and how clients use environmental management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and project teams.
• Availability to work remotely from Canada or the United States and travel when required.

• Professional designation such as REM or EI.
• Bilingualism.
