What you will do

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive pre-sales processes and meet annual revenue objectives.
• Develop technical and functional content for RFIs and RFPs.
• Create and deliver tailored solution demonstrations showcasing hirify.global and LapStep value.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients to build trust and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Work cross-departmentally with Professional Services, Product Management, and Marketing to streamline workflows.
• Provide strategic feedback on product enhancements based on customer impact.

Requirements

• Experience with LIMS, ELN, SDMS, QMS, or other scientific informatics software.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory environments or strong familiarity with lab operations.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory standards.
• Ability to develop tailored technical solutions and communicate complex info effectively.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with SQL-compliant databases, specifically Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
