Location: Remote from Mexico; travel of up to 25% may be required.

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and understand customer needs and technical environments.
• Define and document technical requirements for implementations.
• Provide technical support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging software, computer, network, and wireless systems.
• Configure, document, and test software solutions.
• Own escalated customer issues and coordinate resolutions with project managers and functional leaders.
• Track utilization and deliver mid-sized projects independently and on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable consulting experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify resource requirements, set priorities, and monitor project task performance.
• Strong customer relationship-building, listening, verbal, written communication, and virtual presentation skills.
• Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-directed, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of consulting experience.
• Previous experience with ERP or an annual subscription sales model.
