What you will do

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for iOS mobile applications.
• Review requirements, UX flows, and technical designs to create test scenarios and comprehensive test plans.
• Perform manual and automated testing using iOS simulators, physical devices, and cloud platforms such as Sauce Labs and BrowserStack.
• Review automated test suites, investigate failures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers and SDETs to expand automation coverage.
• Validate backend integrations through API, integration, and mocked-service testing.
• Support CI/CD and release validation, analyze logs, reproduce defects, validate fixes, and document actionable bug reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality engineering experience with strong hands-on iOS application testing experience.
• Experience designing test plans and executing comprehensive manual and automated tests.
• Hands-on experience with Appium and familiarity with Python-based automation, including Pytest, WebdriverIO, or Playwright.
• Understanding of the iOS release lifecycle, including TestFlight, build pipelines, versioning, and release validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, plus basic programming or scripting skills.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing hirify.global or gaming-related applications.
• Familiarity with hirify.global SDKs.
• Experience testing applications integrated with cloud services or REST APIs.
