What you will do

• Establish and enforce consistent QA processes, testing standards, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Implement and monitor quality gates in CI/CD pipelines for reliable product releases.
• Architect, scale, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications and Windows services.
• Lead integration, functional, regression, volume, and performance testing using manual and automated techniques.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Scrum teams to analyze requirements and lead design reviews.
• Mentor QA team members and report defect metrics and test coverage to senior management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, including 2+ years in a senior, lead, or principal role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience building and scaling automation frameworks with Playwright and JMeter.
• 5+ years managing test plans and workflows with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, iterative development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, Windows operating systems and services, plus defect metrics and test coverage analysis.
