Location: Remote within the United States, with candidates located on the East Coast preferred; up to 25% travel and in-person onboarding required.

Salary: $182,000–$217,000 OTE annually, plus RSUs.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and long-term success of a portfolio of customers.
• Design observability maturity journeys, technical roadmaps, and solution implementations.
• Provide expert troubleshooting, root cause analysis, health checks, and technical reviews.
• Drive adoption, product usage, cost optimization, and measurable customer ROI.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, documentation, guides, and technical enablement.
• Represent customer needs internally and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Engagement Managers, and account teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States, preferably on the East Coast.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, consulting, sales engineering, or professional services in the technology industry.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes and strong knowledge of observability solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects, provide timely workarounds, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, open-source technologies, or the observability industry.
• 5+ years of technical sales, technical account management, or post-sales technical experience.
• Experience connecting product usage to ROI and managing customer lifecycles.
• Previous engineering experience or coding bootcamp background.
