Salary: $180K – $240K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

• Design and architect observability solutions utilizing OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Execute high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate technical capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable and performant hirify.global implementations.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to engineering and executive-level audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position the product as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide guidance on telemetry data modeling and OpenTelemetry collector design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (West Coast).
• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong background in modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
• Experience creating and executing technical architectures and POCs.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot CRM for pipeline visibility.
• Contributions to open-source documentation, conference talks, or technical blog posts.
• Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community.
