What you will do

• Facilitate the adoption of shared technology services and platforms across hirify.global studios.
• Liaise between studios, analytics, global services, and marketing to ensure holistic requirement fulfillment.
• Establish and drive delivery against complex program and project schedules.
• Partner with IT leads to manage scope, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Delegate tasks to Scrum Masters and technical coordinators to ensure efficient execution.
• Transition completed projects into operational run-state and manage handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on infrastructure experience across both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to influence department leaders and drive consensus across organizational lines.
• Demonstrated end-to-end program ownership from inception through launch.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of video game development, ideally with experience shipping AAA titles.
