What you will do

• Coordinate software development, testing, and release activities for the hirify.global developer platform.
• Create project plans and align stakeholders on objectives, milestones, and quality expectations.
• Manage product testing activities in close collaboration with QA teams.
• Report project progress cross-functionally and to senior executives.
• Balance internal process improvements with external delivery commitments.
• Contribute to and share TPM best practices and common frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule with globally distributed teams.
• Strong software engineering background with practical hands-on experience.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Experience delivering change management or standardization initiatives.
• Must be located in or commute to Bristol, Dublin, or London.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or agentic tooling.
• Experience working on large-scale developer platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience collaborating with Japanese and US teams and cultures.
• Project management qualification (PMI, APM or equivalent).
