What you will do

• Partner with engineering, product, and management teams to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Create and manage project schedules, including detailed task tracking and dependency management across product groups.
• Facilitate communication and status reporting for both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Identify, track, and resolve critical issues and project blockers.
• Lead Scrum meetings and manage action items to ensure team alignment.
• Coordinate work across global time zones and travel locally and internationally as required.

Requirements

• Must be based within 30 miles of Dublin, Ireland.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management for software development.
• Proficiency in Jira for ticket, board, and dashboard management.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for reporting, workflow automation, and data analysis.
• Experience managing complex engineering programs with multiple inter-dependencies at scale.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
