What you will do

• Provide operational support for order processing, quoting, licensing, and entitlement activities.
• Enter and maintain data across CRM, ERP, service management, and licensing systems, including Salesforce and ServiceNow/EpicCare.
• Manage internal and external requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing.
• Execute license order fulfillment processes using predefined procedures and multiple licensing tools.
• Handle assigned issues in the service management system and collaborate with sales, customers, and peer organizations.
• Follow relevant policies, processes, and procedures while supporting additional operational duties.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle high transactional volumes and repetitive administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and deliver accurate results under time constraints.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work extended hours during high-volume periods, especially at the end of quarters.
