Salary: $155,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of cost analysts responsible for funding and program financial analysis.
• Develop Estimates at Complete (EACs), manage proposal activities, and oversee contract deliverables.
• Provide functional oversight of the Cost Management department, including staffing and employee development.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement new or automated tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and prepare cost and schedule reports, including variance analysis research.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years or Master's Degree with 5+ years of Finance/Cost/Business Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of program execution for cost and compliance.
• Strong finance background supporting large, complex programs.
• Previous experience managing Program Control Analysts.
• Must be local to the DC Metro Area and work onsite in McLean, VA 3 days per week.

• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint.
