Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, New York, or Norwalk, Connecticut, USA. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Salary: $147,000–$184,000 annually in Connecticut and New York City.

What you will do
- Lead complex client implementations, enterprise transformations, and large-scale hosting migrations from initiation through production.
- Own program governance across scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations, and reporting.
- Develop program plans, RAID logs, status reports, mitigation plans, and decision frameworks.
- Partner with client project managers and senior stakeholders to align delivery strategy, timelines, priorities, and contractual commitments.
- Matrix-lead internal teams, client stakeholders, vendors, and multiple workstreams while managing resources and capacity.
- Coordinate readiness, training, cutover planning, financial tracking, change control, and transition to production.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience leading complex, multi-year enterprise technology programs.
- Experience delivering client-facing programs in financial services; financial systems implementation experience is highly valued.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, risk leadership, and influence skills.
- Experience leading global, distributed, matrixed teams and managing vendors, third-party dependencies, statements of work, and change orders.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, and program dashboards.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
