Location: Remote, with the candidate based in the Washington, DC/DMV area; periodic travel to government facilities in the National Capital Region and other Navy locations may be required, including onsite customer engagements. U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise deployment planning and execution for PMRT implementations across Navy organizations and acquisition teams.
• Develop integrated schedules, implementation roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, dashboards, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate government stakeholders, functional subject-matter experts, software developers, deployment teams, and program leadership.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, integration, pilot deployments, production rollouts, readiness reviews, and cutover planning.
• Lead user training, knowledge transfer, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support.
• Manage deployment risks, change management, user adoption, lessons learned, and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software deployments, technical program management, systems implementation, or related Department of War initiatives.
• Experience deploying PMRT or comparable enterprise acquisition, financial, or program management applications; hands-on IDS CCaR or PMRT experience is required.
• Experience supporting Department of the Navy organizations, preferably ASN (RD&A), PAEs, SYSCOMs, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, or NAVFAC.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Planner, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a federal background investigation and classified-information access are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based business systems.
• Agile project management, organizational change management, and user adoption experience.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies, PPBE, financial management, and program management processes.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, ITIL, or similar certification.
