Salary: $30.29 – $39.19 per hour

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for the 401(k) program within the Financial Benefits team.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from Customer Success and Sales teams according to SLAs.
• Triage and escalate technical issues requiring engineering intervention.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve enrollment errors and plan setups.
• Handle employer and employee requests, including new enrollments and loan setups.
• Develop internal training materials and help articles for benefit resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Excel (required); SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Knowledge of 401(k) and employer-sponsored benefit plans is strongly preferred.
