Jr Business Analyst (Government Finance)

Location: On-site at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, United States; U.S. citizenship is required. Some travel may be required. Relocation expenses are not compensated.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year

Provides custom software products and government financial management services to government agencies nationwide.

What you will do

• Serve as a financial and technical consultant for a DoD program management and financial management system.
• Provide government finance expertise and support to a government financial office.
• Help customers structure financial data correctly.
• Reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Review forecasts and accounting data daily.
• Provide customer training and occasional travel support.

Requirements

• At least three years of government acquisition, finance, financial management, program management, or related experience within a DoD organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Seven or more years of equivalent technical training or work/military experience may substitute for the degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H1-B and other visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work on-site, use a computer for extended periods, communicate clearly, and meet physical office requirements.
• Successful applicants must pass a federal background investigation and meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.

Nice to have

• Experience with or certification in the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR).
