What you will do

• Conduct electronic reviews of insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders.
• Perform initial investigations into P&C claims to qualify them for additional recovery efforts.
• Retrieve and capture essential file elements from documents and internet databases.
• Verify recovery potential by analyzing client files and online systems.
• Problem-solve issues on previously billed invoices to support the internal recovery department.
• Handle special projects as assigned to optimize the subrogation process.
