Location: Must be based in Austin, TX. This role is hybrid with 1-2 days in office required.

Salary: $116,900 – $197,083.60 USD

What you will do

• Participate in the sales process by partnering with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover and understand customer requirements to align solutions effectively.
• Present business functions, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
• Provide product demonstrations and lead Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Assist in developing RFP responses in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide feedback to Product Management regarding product enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, databases, and directories.
• Conversant in modern SaaS architecture.
• Must be based in Austin, TX with flexibility to travel within the Central US (approx. 25%).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• BA/BS degree or global equivalent.
