Product Engineer (TypeScript/Go)

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and ship core product surfaces across the web and CLI.
• Design features that make hirify.global intuitive and powerful for developers.
• Engage with developers and customers to identify use cases and product friction.
• Move prototypes into production and iterate based on real usage.
• Contribute to technical and product decisions shaping the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience, including meaningful end-to-end product development.
• Strong TypeScript skills and fluency with modern web frameworks; comfort with Go is beneficial.
• Experience shipping user-facing software adopted by developers or technical users.
• Experience building dashboards and interfaces for robotics applications.
• Strong product judgment, communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Based in or willing to spend time in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, SDKs, CLIs, or APIs.
• Experience operating Kubernetes-based distributed systems with analytics, telemetry, and observability at scale.
• Hands-on hardware or robotics experience.
• Open-source contributions in infrastructure or developer tools.
• Background in real-time, audio/video, or AI tooling.
