What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Shop, Google, Meta, and relevant platforms.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly GMV targets, identifying performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, ad spend efficiency, and channel performance to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and creator teams to align advertising creative with commercial objectives and peak trading periods.
• Coordinate with DTC Trading and Sales Operations to align media investment with inventory and demand forecasts.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking GMV contribution, campaign efficiency, and channel health.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience with advertising platforms such as TikTok Shop, Google, or Meta.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect media performance to revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and optimize GMV, ROAS, or similar KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting or dashboard tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
