What you will do

• Coordinate and document business requirements, translating loosely defined ideas into clear prototype briefs and user stories.
• Build functional AI prototypes (chatbots, RAG tools, automation workflows) using low-code/no-code platforms and basic Python scripting.
• Own the end-to-end project plan, including scoping, timelines, milestones, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate feedback loops and human-in-the-loop testing with end users to iterate on prototype functionality.
• Define success criteria and prepare handover documentation and business cases for production-grade engineering.
• Evaluate AI/data tools and provide first-level support and training to business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI application builders (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform) or basic Python.
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts, including prompting, RAG, and AI agents.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams.
