What you will do

• Lead the technical onboarding process for Quant, Institutional, and Hedge Funds across DMA and Algorithmic Trading platforms.
• Conduct FIX certification testing to ensure adherence to firm and exchange specifications.
• Coordinate setup and troubleshooting of network paths, firewalls, VPNs, and dedicated lines.
• Provide Level 2 support, analyzing FIX engine logs and network captures to resolve production issues.
• Develop internal tools, scripts, and automated testing frameworks to improve onboarding.
• Manage deployment of client-specific configurations in a high-availability environment.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the FIX Protocol and electronic trading workflows (DMA, Algo, IOIs).
• Strong experience with UNIX/Linux environments, SQL, and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and connectivity troubleshooting tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for business stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, Perl, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with global equities market structure and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
