What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts receivable accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying payments or affecting customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets and accelerate cash collections.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments and customer disputes by reviewing contracts, orders, and invoices.
• Follow up on accounts, maintain accurate collection notes, and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing a collections or accounts receivable portfolio.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and organizational leadership, with schedule flexibility when required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, Great Plains, or similar systems.
• Basic negotiation skills.
