Salary: $54,890 base + $13,391 bonus target

What you will do

• Review invoicing and purchase orders to resolve billing disputes and ensure prompt collection.
• Conduct collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Reduce and maintain a low percentage of past due accounts via telephone and email.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and legal counsel to reconcile delinquent accounts.
• Maintain and update accurate records and files within the database.
• Proactively identify areas to improve credit operation efficiency and lead improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge of standard billing and collections procedures.
• Strong business writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain pleasant yet forceful interpersonal relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily workload.
