What you will do

• Monitor the accounts receivable portfolio and support timely revenue collection.
• Review daily collection transactions and process payments accurately through internal systems.
• Investigate unapplied receipts, short payments, duplicate payments, and other discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding reconciling items and overdue balances.
• Prepare aging reports, dashboards, and management reporting on collection performance and AR metrics.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance operations, collections operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, payment reviews, and financial reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Ability to resolve payment discrepancies, manage stakeholders, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services is preferred.
