Program Manager - Growth Operations (Recruiting)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco office, with occasional travel for onsite growth and recruiting events. New York, NY is also listed as a location.

Salary: $60–$85 per hour, equivalent to approximately $9,600–$13,600 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

• Manage growth recruiting programs from top-of-funnel campaigns through applications, hiring, and onboarding.
• Build and lead recruiting campaigns and channels to support business growth goals.
• Optimize recruiting funnels for conversion, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
• Own Greenhouse administration, recruiting tools, internal reporting, and hiring data quality.
• Lead initiatives improving workflows, data infrastructure, reporting, and process integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in growth, recruiting, or recruiting operations at a rapidly growing company.
• Extensive Greenhouse Site Admin experience, including permissions, approvals, custom options, and reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and filters.
• Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
• Strong project management, data analysis, process improvement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office and travel occasionally for onsite events.

Nice to have

• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Previous startup experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem.
• Experience building with AI or experimenting with agentic coding and AI tooling.
• Extreme attention to detail.
