What you will do

• Troubleshoot and isolate faults across simulator systems to maintain operational readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance, pre-flight and post-flight checks, inspections, adjustments, calibrations, and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools, test equipment, and technical documentation to analyse and resolve technical issues.
• Support qualification testing and QTG activities to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for one or more major simulator systems.
• Support refurbishment, hardware modification, upgrade, and technical improvement projects while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience as a Simulator Technician or in a comparable technical maintenance role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience troubleshooting simulator systems to system level across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, technical documentation, and electronic and mechanical test equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, operational checks, fault analysis, and corrective actions.
• Availability for a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern, including days and nights.

Nice to have

• Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Expertise in motion, visual, aircraft, computing, or instructor operating systems.
• Experience with visual system adjustments, simulator refurbishment, modifications, or upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a technical team.
