What you will do

• Lead active flight testing in the field, serving as a UAV pilot to gather telemetry and performance data.
• Process and analyze flight data to evaluate system performance against design metrics.
• Generate detailed flight test reports with technical metrics and actionable insights for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in uncrewed or crewed flight test operations, test card generation, and telemetry analysis.
• Practical experience and certification as a UAV pilot for manual and autonomous operations.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex flight data.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level).
