What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts receivable accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues that delay payments or affect customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets through timely follow-up.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments, contract issues, order discrepancies, and invoice disputes.
• Maintain accurate collection notes, provide regular account updates, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing collections or an accounts receivable portfolio.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, and written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills, including calm and rational decision-making in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Flexibility in work schedule when required and ability to collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, or Great Plains.
• Basic negotiation skills.
