• Own email reporting, benchmarking, and reviewing performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain a structured testing framework to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Build and execute email campaigns and manage the end-to-end marketing plan and calendar.
• Develop engaging communications to support lead nurture and re-engagement programs.
• Manage segmented, personalized email communications to improve relevance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate across team functions to ensure timely and aligned campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing or CRM execution, preferably with HubSpot.
