What you will do

• Lead cyber mission engagements with operators and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and operational priorities.
• Translate operational challenges into clear problem statements, requirements, and execution roadmaps.
• Map AI-enabled capabilities to cyber workflows including planning, targeting, and defensive operations.
• Shape pilots and define evaluation criteria to move capabilities from deployment to sustained operational use.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure user feedback directly informs product development.
• Navigate the cyber enterprise regarding acquisition processes, budgeting cycles, and security considerations.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status with at least a current Top Secret clearance is required.
• Must be based in Washington D.C.
• 5+ years of experience in the U.S. cyber mission community (operations, defense, or intelligence).
• Direct experience supporting or working with U.S. Cyber Command.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally and synthesize ambiguity into clear execution plans.
• Technical fluency to translate complex software concepts into mission-relevant narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience with NSA, Joint Staff, or Cyber Service Components.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled mission workflows and operational decision support platforms.
