What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and market positioning for an environmental management solution.
• Research market trends, customer problems, competitors, market segments, and win/loss data within risk management.
• Conduct customer interviews, user groups, partner reviews, prototyping, and pilots to refine product opportunities and use cases.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define high-level requirements and validate delivered software.
• Plan and monitor deliverables, goals, milestones, timelines, and stakeholder issues.
• Create launch and marketing materials and support presales demos, sandbox trials, customer success reviews, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS software.
• Advanced requirements analysis and the ability to document complex product needs.
• Experience with market research, product roadmapping, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Basic UX/UI design knowledge and experience managing tasks and milestones with project management tools.
• Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate technical requirements and constraints.
• EHS experience is preferred but not required.
