What you will do

• Design and deliver transformational initiatives, including restructuring, reorganizations, mergers, and new joint ventures.
• Implement change management activities to ensure organizational changes are effectively embedded.
• Build and manage a transformation pipeline based on internal functional needs and emerging market trends.
• Develop and monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs to track organizational effectiveness and productivity.
• Coordinate global employee mapping across dimensions such as position, total company cost, and personnel movement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic consulting, organizational design, and project management.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to detailed work.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database modeling, and high command of PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.
