What you will do

• Collect, review, and validate information for the Request a Vendor (RAV) team.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents.
• Collaborate with Meeting Planners to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Track and report activities while improving inter-departmental workflows and communications.
• Manage personal workload to meet department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
• Advanced English oral and written presentation skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work effectively both as a teammate and as an individual contributor.
