Senior Technical Product Manager, Content Platforms (AI Content Operations)

Salary: $148,000–$231,000 per year in base pay; expected OTE is $164,000–$257,000 per year, plus potential RSUs.

What you will do

• Embed with marketing and learning teams to understand content creation, review, publishing, optimization, and workflow friction.
• Own the AI content operations product roadmap, including build, buy, and sunset decisions.
• Ship AI-powered tools for metadata generation, document-to-CMS conversion, content review, quality checks, research assistance, and asset generation.
• Build functional prototypes independently to validate ideas and clarify requirements before engineering investment.
• Drive adoption by integrating tools into daily workflows and measuring usage.
• Partner with the Sanity platform investment and collaborate closely with engineers across the content stack.

Requirements

• Experience with modern content operations, including content calendars, brief-to-publish workflows, review and approval, SEO, localization, and asset management.
• Deep familiarity with headless CMS architecture; Sanity experience is advantageous.
• Comfort with Node, TypeScript, modern web frameworks, and independently building simple web applications and prototypes.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and working with model APIs.
• Ability to evaluate, prompt, and integrate LLMs into practical workflows.
• Experience connecting systems such as CMS platforms, analytics, model providers, and internal services, with strong technical collaboration and product judgment.

Nice to have

• Background as a product manager, solutions architect, solutions consultant, engineer, or content operations specialist.
• Experience shipping internal tools and driving adoption among marketing or learning teams.
