What you will do

• Own vendor relationships with partners like O'Reilly and Udemy, managing the broader contractor ecosystem and contract renewals.
• Track and report on vendor spend and accruals, partnering with Finance for budget planning and forecasting.
• Design and execute the team's operating cadence, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, and reporting rituals.
• Maintain Jira infrastructure and build dashboards to translate training data into decision-ready insights for leadership.
• Lead readiness workstreams for new program launches, tool rollouts, and platform migrations to ensure low-friction execution.
• Collaborate with other Program Managers to support developer onboarding and AI learning deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, vendor/procurement management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) for analysis, reporting, and drafting.
• Proven track record of building operating rhythms and managing budgets and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership-level reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools such as Jira.
• Must be based in San Diego, California.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Learning & Development, enablement, or Developer Relations organizations.
• Familiarity with LXP/LMS platforms like Docebo or Degreed.
• Experience building reporting pipelines from raw operational data.
