What you will do

• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents and Primary Concerns Documents within eQMS systems.
• Translate product concepts into comprehensive mechanical, physical, and chemical test plans.
• Collaborate with internal and third-party labs to execute validation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis on product failures and safety issues to implement corrective actions.
• Support risk management activities such as FMEA to mitigate product and process risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Packaging, and Manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering, product development, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of global toy safety standards including ASTM F963, CPSIA, and EN71.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and risk assessment tools like FMEA.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and statistical tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
