What you will do

• Own strategy and roadmap for Corporate Research Solutions, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
• Partner with customers, sales, and customer success to identify market requirements and growth opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, content, and operations to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Track KPIs and customer feedback, monitor market trends/competitors/emerging technologies (including AI), and support continuous improvement and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.
• Proven track record delivering products that generate measurable customer and business value.
• Strong experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent customer discovery and product development skills, with ability to translate insights into solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness (market analysis, competitive positioning, growth opportunities) and data-driven decision-making.
• Location: must be based in the UK or Amsterdam.
