Salary: $252,000–$315,000 USD base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Embed into high-priority product initiatives across contributor-focused teams and drive execution.
• Lead the architectural overhaul of the AI data operations platform.
• Make architecture decisions for scalability, reliability, performance, and LLM integration.
• Own large, ambiguous problem spaces and deliver mission-critical initiatives end to end.
• Mentor engineers and partner with product and leadership on roadmaps and priorities.
• Work across backend, frontend, and ML systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience after graduation.
• Proven experience operating as a tech lead, architect, or principal engineer.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at hirify.global.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience productizing LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI technologies.
