Salary: $158,400 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Design and build robust features for capacity management and ML performance observability portals.
• Collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs from schedulers and training frameworks.
• Improve software development lifecycles by developing internal tooling and infrastructure.
• Maintain high code quality standards and influence architectural decisions for long-term scalability.
• Foster a growth mindset while contributing to a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
• 4–8+ years of professional experience in software development, data science, or engineering.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and browser internals.
• Experience leading technical projects and making data-driven architectural decisions.
• Must be local to the San Francisco area and available for in-office work 4 days per week in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Capacity Management or Efficiency Management for ML systems.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and ML training/inference lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code dev environments.
