What you will do

• Own the worldwide deployment strategy, including methodology, documentation, and playbooks used across all sites.
• Lead, hire, and coordinate local deployment teams, providing guidance and ensuring execution quality.
• Serve as the senior technical authority and escalation point for end-to-end hardware and software functionality in the field.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, validation, and the formal acceptance process through to sign-off.
• Act as the primary interface between field deployment teams and engineering to relay product requirements and debug issues.
• Develop training and enablement approaches to help local deployment teams achieve operational autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field deployment, systems integration, or technical commissioning of enterprise-grade complex electronics.
• Demonstrated experience leading, hiring, or building teams in operational or field environments.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration, particularly with complex sensing or control systems.
• Strong systems-level understanding to troubleshoot across hardware, software, and connectivity layers.
• Proven ability to build structured documentation and processes from scratch.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be based in Paris and comfortable with a dynamic schedule requiring frequent international travel.
