What you will do

• Own and maintain the Sanity content management system, including pages, components, and content workflows.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot, GTA, and related marketing platforms for tracking, lead generation, and audience segmentation.
• Build responsive, high-performance web experiences across browsers and devices.
• Implement SEO, AEO, GEO, accessibility, testing, debugging, and performance optimization practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, communications, and product teams on personalized web experiences aligned with growth goals.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to website capabilities and content production.

Requirements

• Front-end development experience with Sanity, TypeScript, Vercel, Rive, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience integrating and optimizing HubSpot, GTA, web personalization, marketing automation, and tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to test, debug, and optimize website performance.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards, with readiness to work cross-functionally.
