Senior Software Engineer (Angular/React)

Location: Hybrid role associated with Seattle and Provo, Utah; the posting also references three days per week in the Vancouver office.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and implement front-end application enhancements and bug fixes using general technical direction.
• Participate in iteration planning, release planning, technical reviews, and deployment preparation.
• Interpret and update technical and design specifications and author supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues, coordinate resolutions, and provide follow-up support.
• Mentor software developers and train colleagues on standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to deliver software within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Angular or React development experience with JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience with AI-assisted development using Windsurf or Devin.
• Knowledge of Azure, infrastructure as code, and Terraform.
• Experience with JSON, API development methodologies, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of test-driven development, data structures, object-oriented techniques, agile methodologies, and problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable broad-based software design and development experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD and GitLab.
• Advanced training or certification in software design or development.
• Experience presenting technical ideas and establishing best-practice solutions with development teams.
