What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements from banking and financial services clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and map business processes related to digital assets and payments.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for technical teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop relevant test cases.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst (internships in banking, fintech, or consulting are acceptable).
• Required: Proficiency in English and French.
• Must be located in Switzerland, specifically Geneva or Zurich.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with documentation tools like MS Office or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assets.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Familiarity with financial services operations, including payments, custody, and trading.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or Agile methodologies (Jira).
• Awareness of financial regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, MiCA).
